Build a AR SaaS subscription based website

We have our front-end developed and looking for a backend developer to develop WebAR similar to plattar.com/ 8thwall.com.
Users should be able to select the free or paid tiers.
Users should be able to sign up
Users should be able to use the AR builder
Users should be able to import contents such as images, audio, video, 3D model
Users should be able to view their creation in the domain's URL (They shouldn't be able to export the work)
Support for scanning of QR code to view the WebAR on their mobile devices.
