Any Proposal should contain the following:
- Scope of work , Timeline and Technology
- Deploying and Hosing for solution in either GoDaddy or AWS
- Period of free support, and the cost in case i need to extend the support for 1 year.

Note:
- the solution should be responsive to be accessed from any browsers/ devices, also the number of users expected to access the portal is around 50K each day and very important to avoid any slowness in solution.
- I need the project to be completed within 2 - 4 weeks.
- the language for the portal is Arabic, the design for pages is available with me, and i can help in adding the Arabic text in the portal
