Build a Plugin for Rise CRM

We want a plugin that needs to be developed for Rise CRM which follows the following Workflow: Admin creates a Client >> High Priority Task has to be assigned to the Client

Client logs in for the first time >> Notification for the Client about the Task

Task should be a Survey form to get the Client requirements >> The Result of the Task should be saved as a file in files section.
