Build PHP script to parse GET array and post to Jungo using SalesForce API

We require a coder experienced in PHP & SalesForce API to create a PHP script that will parse the GET data in the URL that will then create a new "Contact" in Jungo by posting the data to the Jungo platform which uses SalesForce API. Finally, the script will insert a log entry into local MySQL table (Table structure also created by coder) of all unique responses (Success & Failures) from SalesForce API for debugging purposes in the future.

There's 106 fields in the GET array but only approx 35 need to be sent to Jungo.

We will provide a sandbox instance of Jungo for testing & development and assist in matching where fields map to in Jungo when it's not obvious.
