Build OTC Accounting System in Pure PHP (Recreate from Existing Frontend Design)

I’m looking for an experienced PHP developer to build a full OTC (Over-The-Counter) accounting and deal management system. The previous version was built using the MERN stack, and the frontend is almost complete, but now I want the full system rebuilt using pure PHP—not Laravel or similar frameworks.

The new version must be compatible with shared hosting, and the frontend should be recreated using PHP + Tailwind or PHP + Bootstrap.

Requirements:

Strong experience in object-oriented PHP and MySQL

Must use pure PHP (no Laravel or similar frameworks)

Rebuild the frontend based on existing design using Bootstrap or Tailwind

Write clean, secure, and modular code

Final code must be deployable on a shared hosting environment
