Build a Native Android App

We are a HealthTech startup and want to build an MVP. Please find attached the feature list to start with in order to give us a ball park measure of time and money required for this project. You can help us with the design as well if you have some pre-built templates while we have finalised the colour scheme and logo.

We would prefer a long term arrangement focused on speed and effectiveness with an experience of having worked for a startup in order to offer us some flexibility as well.
