Build a MySQL Relational Database to combine multiple sets of data

We are building a website to help users find safe care for their aging parent(s). We download data from government sites and need to build a searchable website that produces report for the location the user is interested in.
The prototype website is on this page - https://www.eldervoicefamilyadvocates.org/map
This prototype only links to the government website that has more information on complaints about the location. We would like to show a full page with more info the government and new sites as we determine. The current site the site is in Wix. The new site can run on any other other platform with WordPress, etc.
Please provide an example of your work on similar database based websites.
