Build A Laravel responsive web application for vaccination management system (with Laravel 9)

vaccine record page
It should be a responsive web application that uses Laravel 9 with Microsoft SQL
database which takes data of Customer from oracle database that includes "Customer id, Name, DOB, Mobile No, Gender" and
show the list of vaccine on the page by default (18 vaccine type listed with its primary doses(3 dose) & booster doses( 3 dose) all in one table ) that takes from its SQL database & if the customer has
history (record) then it will show the dates below each doses for each vaccine row.
user must be able to live update the vaccine record of the patient and put note if case any, by record update meaning to put the date of vaccine taken(selecting as date).(table should be expandable)
user must be able to add the next appointment and the customer should receive a message on their mobile number one day before the appointment specifying that he/she have appointment for that specific vaccine
user must able to print that table along with customer name , nationality , etc along with all vaccine (taken or not taken) in one page
vaccine report page:
dashboard should have below report(search) option by name, gender, age, nationality, tomorrow appointment (date range) scalable by date range.
show how many customer came on the specific date.
Note: Source code should be shared along with its database(SQL), all the codes must be well commented.(person should connect through Anydesk once the code is done to implement on my laptop)
