Build a Job Portal
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
Project Overview(Please refer to the attachment also)
We want to automate the mapping process for placement. Currently, we are using monkey survey forms for student data collection, and then the data is transferred to spreadsheets. We need a web application to manage the process. The Portal link will get activated after the required steps of the training are completed. The data will be stored in a dedicated database.
Student Module
Login - Students will be able to log in using the same credentials required in the express portal.
Internship forms - Details like basic info, duration of the internship, and skills track are filled by the student along with the latest resume.
Dashboard - Students will be able to see potential internships for which they can give interviews with their details. They will be given only 2-3 options, out of which they can select one option only.
Admin Module
Scoring Dashboard - In this section, Admin will see all the student profiles, and he can upload scores of different parameters. Admin can also rate every new skill track project completed by a student.
Approval Panel - Admin will see the new internship requests after a student fills out the internship form. Only after the approval of the request by checking the resume, projects, etc from the panel, the student is visible for the matching process.
Corporate Requirement Panel - Admin can see the internship vacancies with all details. He can also manage the listings.
Mapping Dashboard - Admin can see all the corporate listings and internship requests here. He can open up the profiles of students(check relevant project submissions) to manually assign suitable internships. Three basic filters of skill track, duration and location will be used to screen potential candidates. Once a profile is assigned to a listing, a notification will generate for the profile match into the corporate dashboard. Students can see the match notification only after corporate approvals of the profile.
Tracker - After a student enters the interview phase, the admin should be able to see the progress.
Corporate Module
Log in/ Sign up - Companies need to create their account on the portal
Requirement Form - Corporate will fill out the required form with all the details.
Listing Management dashboard - Recruiters will be able to edit their listings, see potential candidate profiles, and move them to further stages.
Note:
Each internship requirement will be assigned 2-3 profiles only. The same happens for the students as well. If a profile matches 3 internships, it will be automatically out of the mapping process for the rest of the listings, and the student can give an interview for one opportunity only. If rejected, he again enters the mapping process.
