Build me a Geo fencing And stock management for a app and admin panel

I wanted this feature in my app
1 - Geo fencing
Example : admin can set order and delivery radius for each branch/store every order of that radius should go to that branch/store and as well as admin also get notification of that order
2 - stock management for each branch
Example - admin only can set products for each branch/store and stock management in branch/store manager panel stocks and uploaded products and stocks should be appear (branch manager and admin should get a notification when stock is running out )
