Build Functional WordPress Site with Custom Design, Must have experience with Figma

I'm looking for someone who can take our current site at SpiritualRight.org and turn it into a site like the images below. We will also need some work to customize the comment apps so that they look according to the images as well as help with setting up other apps shown in the image.
The site itself is a spiritually minded politically right-leaning site, which has a number of social media accounts that will also need help being integrated. It is important that the theme itself is altered so that future pages will look similar as we grow.
All the design elements have been created in Figma so knowledge of how to use this application is important.
