Build Firebase URL shortener, integration with custom domain

Please provide a quotation for building a Firebase URL shortener. Unshortened URLs will be imported via an Excel or CSV file in the following format: Column A (Date), Column B (Original URL). Must support integration with a custom domain, e.g. shortened URLs should be "branded", e.g. https://custom.domain/dkdiskak.
