Build Facebook Auto Comment Reply

I want to receive comment from users on my facebook page using Webhooks then post a reply to that comment directly without cron jobs.
I want a html page that let any user to connect his own page with my app,
So, the app should reply to each page with different reply
You have to user mysql and php to make this working.
no need for any backend panel works
just the webhook php page => when receive a new comment event .. the code need to submit a reply.
