Build Event Website w/Existing Framework

Build new front-end for event site that hosts 20+ events each year. The website must auto-populate with data from existing admin space utilizing PHP 5.0 and MySQL, along with a module built in AngularJS and MySQL with JSON for communication. PayPal integration is required. Server Environment PHP 7.4, MySQL 5.6.5, hosted on GoDaddy shared hosting.

The website must be fully mobile-compatible, allowing use of all modules easily via any mobile device.
