Build a Drupal Website - Breyer Reference Site

This website is a reference for a hobby. Basically want to mimic www.stonehorseref.com but with slightly different fields. The need is a website that can search on different criteria and handle many photos. Also looking for someone that I can build a relationship with to run updates on both websites and be available for making enhancements. One enhancement for stonehorseref is to create a fee based membership to access the site.
