Build me a Dhru Fusion similar for imei unlock

I need a imei unlock cellphone server. I need a custom cms that can process, connect to api, import services and autoreply emails when order is complete. System must have the hability to connect to this apis:

DHRU Fusion
GSM Fusion
(GSM Genie)
NakshSoft
UnlockBase

This must be configured to serve imei unlock for resellers. So, must include:
CMS with Api connect
Payment connection (Paypal, Skrill, Stripe,coinbase)
Storefront design (i will send you example of Home design)
Email responder
Product/service page with imei validator include
Track order page
