Build and Design Prestashop website front end

I am looking for designing & developing e-commerce front end using prestashop. Scope includes:

Stripe Integration (module already installed)
Multiple Product Pages
Inclusion of custom cart, checkout , etc features
Mobile First Approach
API Integration with backend (will provide API endpoints)
Security protocols aspects

The theme should be in line with the following concepts:
