Build a Database Website with API integrations

This is a real estate related website which stores Contracts. The contracts are being pulled using API integrations or manual input from users. The front end has been created and the HTML files are available. We need the backend development created. Developer needs to have experience in API integration, Dotloop and DocuSign API background would be highly considered.
