Build me Database Software.
Budget: £1,500 – £3,000 GBP
I am a Complaints Officer for an Association. My complaints arrive via my online Office 365 Inbox. I would like to have a Software Programme that will take Emails from Office 365 and create a file on behalf of the Complainant. The programme will have pre-worded Templates with the Associations Logo and address on the A4.
The programme will also need to have an ability for the creation of Stats, so that when a case is withdrawn, satisfied, rejected, or referred to the complaints Board, stats would need to reflect this.
The Programme must be cloud based.
The programme must have the ability to give time reminders
The programme must be able to store information in chronological order as its received. Generally this would be the date of the email.
I see this Programme as evolving over a 12 month period as things come up.
I am inviting expressions of interest before we discuss budget.
