Build Custom RTB Ad Server with DSP and SSP Panel with Anti-Bot System

We are looking for a skilled developer or small team to build a custom RTB (Real-Time Bidding) Ad Server platform. The project must support both DSP and SSP functionality, user management, and include anti-bot traffic protection.
Key Features:
User Registration & Login
- Publisher and Advertiser accounts
- Secure session handling and access control
DSP Panel (Advertiser)
- Create and manage ad campaigns
- Upload creatives:
- Banner (HTML, iframe, or image)
- Popunder URL (trigger via JavaScript)
- Video ads via VAST tag (XML)
- Set targeting by country, device, OS
- Set bid price and daily budget
- View campaign statistics: impressions, CTR, spending
Publisher Panel
- Register and log in
- Create ad zones (banner, video, popunder)
- Generate ad embed script (JavaScript or iframe)
- View performance stats and revenue per zone
RTB Bidder Engine
- Accept OpenRTB 2.x requests
- Respond with ad creatives in HTML, VAST, or JavaScript
- Must be testable via Postman or curl
SSP Logic and Profit Margin Routing
- Add external RTB endpoints (e.g. ExoClick, TrafficStars)
- Set bid markup percentage (e.g. add 30 percent margin)
- Only forward traffic to DSP if profitable
Admin Panel
- Manage all users (advertisers and publishers)
- View campaign logs, traffic reports, and system health
- Moderate DSPs, SSPs, and traffic sources
Anti-Bot and Fake Traffic Filter
- Filter requests based on:
- IP reputation (proxy or VPN detection)
- User-Agent analysis
- Known bot signatures
- Optionally integrate with IPHub, FraudScore, or custom blacklist
Preferred Tech Stack:
- Backend: PHP, Node.js, or Go
- Frontend: React, Angular, or basic HTML/CSS
- Database: MySQL or MongoDB
- Hosting: We will deploy the code on our Linux VPS with SSH access
Timeline: 4 to 5 weeks
Budget: 1800 to 2000 USD (milestone-based)
