Build me a Custom Plugin

we are developing an e-commerce website for custom engraved Gifting items, we need someone to create and implement the Plugin. The kind of Plugin we are looking for is something where we have a custom text option and as the customer types in the custom text box, they can see a rough overlay of how that text might look over the Product, with the font and text. We also do Custom Image Engraving so something similar, whereas the customer can see the image on the Product (preferably after some processing so it looks how it will when engraved on wood), we do engraving on Wood , Metal (also jewelery) , Leather .
