I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to create an engaging Discourse community focused on a specific interest group aimed at professionals. This community will primarily serve as an interest group forum.

Key Tasks:
- Set up the Discourse platform for a professional interest group
- Design the community's structure to facilitate content sharing, discussions and networking
- Implement features to share and discuss PDF documents

Content Sharing:
