Build Clients Portal

A portal should be able to deliver:
- Google Drive and Google docs, sheets
- Google datastudio reports
- Word/PDF/Excel workbooks etc
- It should be a 2-way communication portal - client to upload docs as well as download or edit docs
- News and info, specific to that client - so some CMS capabilities required here.

Authentication
- Some clients will use Google Identity to authenticate to the portal and to the resources available in the portal, this should be fairly straightforward.
- Some clients will not be able to use Google identity, so we will need a way to manage them. They will need to be able to self register, and have the portal locked down to specific domains.
- Self registration will require an approval from someone internally in Cater Care prior to gaining access.
- Password self-management (reset etc)
- Access to content within the portal can still be controlled using a Google service account to make the requests on Google drive for example. Logging and auditing will need to be built into this system as well - This particular requirement is not fully thought out and will be looking for advice from you here.
System built in Google Cloud Project
Supportable and templated, so when we have a new requirement we can easily spin-up a new site.
