I need a skilled Excel/VBA developer to build a ChatGPT-powered tool that works within Microsoft Excel Desktop (Office 365).

Key Features:
Ability to select cells and send content as prompt to ChatGPT (via OpenAI API)

Display GPT response in:

A pop-up window or task form

Or insert into a selected range or adjacent cell

Basic prompt customization field (e.g., "clean this data", "summarize", etc.)

Custom Ribbon tab or button to launch the tool

Clean, reliable VBA code with API call integration

Optional: basic error handling and OpenAI key entry method

Important Notes:
Excel Online is not required — this is only for desktop Excel with macro/VBA support
