Build a CRM for my company

I am looking for a development company that can build me a CRM based on what I need. I do not have an issue if you integrate it with an off the shelf project. I will need to see previous history where you have been able to deliver these requirements in the past.

Customer manages their subscriptions
Customer can view all their invoices
Customer can purchase licenses and Domain
Customer can change their subscriptions
Customer can update their credit Card
Email capture to collect ticket number for customer
Support staff to action the tickets
Support staff to bill the break fix
Support staff to submit the work proposal for approval
Support staff to send quotes
Support staff to email customers (Notifications and marketing)
Support staff to see win/lose ratio (Sales leads being closed)
Reports on sales lead
Reports on monthly and weekly sale
Reports on staff utilisation (Billable hours)
Customer to submit work orders
Ticket history needs to be there to see what we have done
Email history needs to be attached to each customer so we can see the message log
We would also like to be able to see the value of the customer (report) LTV (edited)
Affiliates commission setup (reseller option)
Value of what each staff is making (hard to measure)
A dashboard to see current expense reports for the month compared to sales
Automated hosting server to be created when customer needs a website
Automated domain purchase option for the customer
Intergration back to Ingram for subscription license
Automated billing system and invoice reconciliation back into Xero
