Build a CRM

We are posting on behalf of a accident management company in the UK that needs a CRM to be built. This CRM is where they can log each and every of their client and manager efficeintly the services they are giving to them. The services are mainly defined as below:
1. Car hire (after an accident) so this will have a module where the CRM will record all the correspondence with the client and then car hire start date- end date.
2. Damage Repair. This module will take care of all the damage repair related functions.
3. Injury claim. The client name should enter here automatically and on calling we just need to verify if they are injured or no. If no File for Injury is closed if yes then the CRM will note the injury and the solicitor etc that they are sent to.
4. Recovery- This module will record and show if the client was recovered from the scene of accident (tow Truck) how many miles he/car was transported, Driver, Date and time, price.
5. Storage- This module will record and show the days the damaged car was in storgae for and other details.
