Build a CRM

Need CRM to mark present, Calculate break time, calculate total working hrs, one admin panel to get all the reports in excel. One Account to make schedule to get meeting for hr to make line up and reminder. user can check record for PL & CL. user need a option to send request to hr for applying pl or cl/ attendance correction.
user can send msg to admin team or hr to share his concern/feedback. CRM should be no user restriction.
