Build me a Browser with latesh Technology. Heavy overloaded website should access Easily and Fastly. with autofill option

I work local sand booking website and huge number of user tries access website on 12PM and website is allowed for booking around 5 minutes. Due to high competition and buffering i can not able to get access to website on time so i loose bookings daily. my requirement is with you needs to create anything that should give fast access to the website.
