We are looking for a highly skilled Flutter and PHP Laravel developer (or team) to develop a fully custom communication system for our mobile application. No third-party services like Twilio, Agora, or Jitsi are to be used. All features must be built from scratch or using open-source technologies where applicable.

Architecture: Full custom implementation (WebRTC or equivalent open-source technology is acceptable if self-hosted)

Must be a completely custom-built solution
Should ensure high-quality audio/video transmission
Group calls must support multiple participants efficiently
Screen sharing and recording features should work on both Android & iOS
Smooth integration with our current Laravel backend and Flutter frontend
