Build Appointment Booking Website + Apps (iOS/Android) - SaaS

Hello.
We are a Scandinavian company looking for developers to build an appointment system for salons and related services.
We have great knowledge on Laravel framework, PostgreSQL/MariaDB/MySQL and the system must be made with those tools, or similar products.
We will take 30 days to compare developers and speak to team leaders about the product and the system has to be completed in 2 - 3 months after the contract has been made.
Information about the project and flow.
1. The system is SaaS service and will be purchased/rented from owners of salons, spa, hair and other related services like tire exchanges for example.
A.) The packages should include some features based on what package is selected, and also offer a 30 days trial that can be changed time to time, for example if we would like to change the trial period to 15 days, and also what features are included in the trial.
B.) Features like included SMS's, Users, Locations, and bookings based on package price, and the stage of prices for SMS, to make it clear, the SMS are always charged as an extra cost but the bigger package you get the better price for the SMS we can offer. So if there is a package A. B. and C. and we buy the SMS from the provider for 0.012 USD we will resell it for 0.40 in the cheapest package, and then it will be reselled for 0.30 in the second package and so on.
C.) If we choose to have unlimited users, locations, bookings inside some packages we should be able to simply set it at zero and the package will include the unlimitation of those features.
D.) We want to offer our service in a few countries, so it needs to support multi currencies, vat, and languages. The payment method will be Rapyd Payment gateway, we are unable to use Stripe where it does not support the main country where the company is registered.
E.) The system must have an API where you can generate an API key and manage all functionality from the system back and forth, for example, create users, create booking, cancel booking and other related things that can be managed by the API.
F.) The system must also support an iframe where we can allow users to iframe the booking widget on their site, and configure the booking widget, color of the buttons, height, width etc.
G.) There needs to be also made a Wordpress plugin that we can publish on the Wordpress plugin store that will help install it, the API key would be imported or simple login form with tokens, and shortcode to make it easy to publish the booking widget.
H.) Push notification to service admin and users, to notify about upcoming appointments, and send email via Pusher.com or Google.
J.) The main site website and application should have an advertising slider to offer companies to advertise at the top of the page, and also purchase listing under recommended services/stores.
4. The user website and functionality, the app android/ios.
A.) User login with a phone number or fingerprint via mobile, instead of having login form and registration form you would simply type your phone number, if that phone number is not registered in the database the registration form will appear after you have logged in, the user should get an SMS from our system with X number of digits to continue the login/registration, after that we will always send an SMS or use the fingerprint scan to authenticate user.
- If the user is new and not registered in the database the following questions will be made:
Full name, Email, SSN, we can calculate the age and see if the SSN is legal for Iceland but this needs to be checked in other countries such as Denmark, Norway, UK, Germany, Sweden and Finland but that will be checked on later stages.
