Build Applicant Tracking System - breezy template

I am looking for a freelancer to build an Applicant Tracking System for me. Here are the details:

-candidate pipeline: candidate will be grouped based on the job they applied for but will be available for any research of cv. candidate management and sourcing: manage candidate pipeline: inbox, screening, call interview, person’s interview, confirmed, denied. add notes to each profile. cv modifications for company’s needs
