Build Apple and Google Wallet PHP project

I need someone to build me a php script that will allow a user to download a ticket or loyalty card to either a Google or an Apple wallet.
The ticket or loyalty card details, depending on the application, will be retrieved from a database and provided by an exisiting system. The user needs to simply have to click a button for the appropriate platform to download the pass to their wallet.
