Build a Android and iOS app from Drupal 9 website and database

We want to build a mobile app to show our Drupal 9 website content on Mobile.
We can go with the basic layout to show website content on Mobile app, and can remove 'Comments' and 'Forum' feature, and can also remove User registration and Login. Website has around 4-5k nodes (articles).
The app must use the database of Live Drupal 9 website to show content and should update the content in real time using live website database. It should show menu and views structure according to website.
IT SHOULD NOT BE A WEB APP, which just show the same layout of website on mobile in the form of App.
