Build me an API that can pull and push information to and from various websites

I am working on a project, I need an API built to get and update information to and from a user on a website. This will involve views, revenue, etc. I need it built in such a way that I will be able to do this for a lot of users, independently. I would want / need it integrated with wordpress CMS with the ability to link the information to wordpress users. Please contact me for more information.
