Build API connection order and fulfillment

We are today fetching products into our system from an external Warehouse to sell on our site. This products are loaded into our business-system that do have an open API, you see the API-doc for the system here: https://docs.sello.io/#introduction
From this system we do want to fetch products from orders that do have a specific value added in one of the product fields. The .pdf "Automatic order processing describes the API from the warehouse. The products that contain the specific value then needs to be sent to the warehouse via the API to make the order, and also change the status on existing order (the api have this possibility) in our system. If the products cant be fetched at the warehouse we need to trigger an email to our customer service with orderID and productID on the products that cant be reserved.
We also need to have the work documented after it is delivered
