Build me an API

Hi everyone
I'm looking for an individual who can create an API for my start-up company. This API would be used by my customers to pull data from it and populate their websites with it etc.
I require a cost-efficient method to creating and maintaining the API (for example, AWS).
I require knowledge on how to update data within the API on my side (ie would it be cloud services etc.)
The data within the API will contain things such as league standings, fixture schedules, results and other stats for sports. I currently have the data within Excel but it is very basic and require a better output for what will be an API.
