Bugs fix for CodeIgniter with datatables.net

I have issue with datatables from https://datatables.net/ the code is in php CodeIgniter.
It used to work but i am not sure what trigger the issue.
Due to security , I will provide you an anydesk remote access. you will need to work from there.
No access via ftp or cpanel.
What i need you to do is to fix 1 of it and explain me what cause of the issue.
