Bug fixing of Multi-User SAAS platform

We require to update the code of a SAAS platform which is in PHP 5+ to the latest PHP version available currently. The code is giving errors because of the incompatibility with the current PHP version in the server.
Additionally we want to develop a bulk import tool, from excel to MYSQL.

The team should have skills in PHP, MySQL, CodeIgniter.
