Bug Woocommerce after migrating website to another server

I'm having problems with a Woocommerce website after migrating to another server.
I backed up the files and database from phpmyadmin and I don't know why the product variations disappeared. Furthermore, the homepage (only this one) gives me a 403 error.
I need help now, work to do now.
