Bug Fixes for Simple Gravity Forms-Based Time Tracking PHP app. -- 2

We have an existing Time Tracking app that we need a few bugs fixed on before we can launch. Attached are screenshots of the two main screens it uses, the time entry page (for employees) and the time tracking page (for admins). Here are the bugs we need fixed:
1. On certain days, it's not letting users punch in no matter what time they enter, giving an error that they are not allowed to punch in for a future time (punching in at a future time should be restricted but it's sometimes restricting it no matter what time you enter).
2. Once a user punches in, any subsequent visit to the punch in page should instead load the punch out page. This used to work but doesn't seem to function at the moment.
3. The Job Code column repeats the data twice (it's Gravity Forms so it's showing the field label and value when it only needs to show the label)
The existing code is stored in PHP Inserter (a Wordpress plugin that lets you insert functions w/o having to create a child theme) and the rest in a plugin (though we believe the plugin is mainly for data export functionality)
