Bueautify URLs and make fake subfolder for languages URL

Hello, please read carefully the project details so we do not waste each other time.
Right now I'm searching someone that could solve these things for me:
1)Beautify URLs
I have a website that let users store images and other things, each time an user subimit a file the URL modifie like that to send the query,

https://example.com/index.php?idS=test
https://example.com/index.php?id=56BME
https://example.com/index.php?p=p/1638047028531wp4194085.png

I want them to be beautified so removing parts like, index.php, to look something like,
https://example.com/storeurl/test
https://example.com/searchurl/56BME
https://example.com/imagesaved/1638047028531wp4194085.png

KEEP IN MIND that this does not have to modify the website functionality

2)Make fake subfolder for languages URL
Right now I'm using the attached code (lang.php) to switch language in the site, so whenever someone add to the URL this query ?lang=en or ?lang=it the website change language,
I'd like to make fake subfolders as was asked in this stackoverflow question

So whenever someone type something like

https://example.com/it
https://example.com/it/
https://example.com/it/blog
https://example.com/it/blog

the website switches language
