Browser plugin image scramble/decoder

Program name: "D-Scramble"
We would like to have a browser plugin that simply can decode a scrambled image on your webpage. The plugin can detect am image that has the D-Scramble bar on the top of the image, simular to a tiny QR code. In this bar, the image will contain a simple bar code that the plugin will read. This bar code will be the NAME of the image.
Example of use: You plan to live stream an special event tomorrow but only want your Patreon users to know ahead of time. The creator has already given their Patreon users the decoder NAME and KEY. So when you post this image on social media, only the Patreon users would see this special message.
Functionality goals for the program:
Creating a "D-Scramble" image: The idea would be you click on the plugin icon, and choose "Scramble Image". A window opens where a user can open, or drag and drop an image into this window. After selecting an image, the user is asked to provide the NAME and KEY. Once entered, the user would click save and it will prompt the user to save the image. (It would be ideal if images could be created from within the plugin, and not have to have a 2nd program or webpage to create the scrambled image. But not out of the question if needed.)
Social resize: When saving an image the program will have a checkbox next to the same with "optimize for social". By checking this box, it would down size an image to be 500 pixels wide, so the "D-Scramble" can properly see the top bar and read the NAME code while on social media.
NAME and KEY: The NAME is what is in the barcode at the top of the image. Just using simple barcode font. The KEY is the scramble phrase that generates the random shuffle function to the program. And any people that see the image and don't have the KEY, the plugin can't decode the image. Example, a user created a "D-Scramble" with the name "Larry's car photos". With the KEY: ZOOM.
The plugin will needs to have an area to save existing NAMES/KEYS so the program can automatically decode images while using the web browser. It would have to be a list, so you can have multiple NAMES and KEYS saved.
While looking at a webpage and the plugin detects a "D-Scramble" image. It would decode the image, and inject the new image and replace the scrambled one with the decoded image.
Three plugin settings: Disable, passive or active.
1, Have the plugin disabled and not working, but still installed.
2, You have to right click on the image and select "D-Scramble Image" it.
3, All images active in view are scanned for the "D-Scramble" bar on the image.
Having the plugin would for multiple browsers would be great, in this order: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge.
