Browser fingerprint implementation.

Hi.
Im looking a solution to implement a fingerprint or cloacker or anti-fraud to my website for block suspicious visits. I need that the solution have features like:

-VPN detection
-Browser bot
-Block certain countries
-Virtual Machine

I can pay(buy) if you want use a 3rd party solution but I will need that you help me to implement it with my php backend and php decide if block visit or not.
