Browser Extention - Scraping information and injestion on Opencart platform

We have multi-Vendor store on opencart Platform. We ask to develop a Browser Extention for Chrome and Edge (javascript) that scaping info from Amazon Webpage and inject this information on our multi-Vendor store.
Today, the platform on opencart exposes APIs which may not be sufficient to ensure full interoperability with the extension that would be required to be developed. So we also ask to develop the APIs (PHP ) on the opencart platform, useful for uploading products and related information.
