I need some software creating. I would like to broadcast audio across our LAN mostly windows machines. I would like to be able to select which computers the audio is sent to. It should be able to be sent to single computers or to groups.
When a computer receives the audio, it plays the broadcast over the computer speakers, no intervention is required from the end-user.
There will need to be client software created for the end computers to communicate with the broadcast software.
The budget quoted is the amount paid, please only quote the figure you expect to receive, there won't be any increase mid-project and the milestone will only be released on completion of the project.
