I need a small brochure-style site built from the ground up—no Wix or similar drag-and-drop tools—so that I retain full freedom for future tweaks and growth. The structure is straightforward:

• Home landing page that immediately conveys who we are
• About page with two simple drop-downs for our Vision and Mission statements
• Venues page showcasing every location we manage (I should be able to add more later)
• Contact page with a working form that sends messages to my email

The look I’m after is creative and artistic instead of stiff corporate, with a bright, vibrant palette and clean sans-serif typography. Please source only royalty-free imagery so we stay clear of any copyright concerns.

Code must be tidy, responsive, and easy for me to expand—whether that means adding new venue entries, extra menu items, or an entirely new section down the road. Hand-coded HTML/CSS/JS, a lightweight CMS like WordPress, or another scalable solution is fine; just avoid anything that will lock us in or limit customisation.

Deliverables:
1. Fully functional site hosted on a staging link for review
2. Source files and clear instructions for future edits
3. All stock image licences or links confirming royalty-free status
4. A brief hand-over call or document walking me through content updates
