Key Responsibilities:
- Utilizing Pretture, Zoho, Zaika, Bodt, Shiprocket, Engati, and Tally for data analytics and reporting, customer relationship management, project management, inventory management, shipping and logistics, chatbot integration, and accounting and financial management.
- Customizing dashboards and ensuring real-time data visualization.
- Implementing lead management and tracking.
- Establishing effective task management and collaboration systems.
- Managing and controlling stock tracking and inventory.
- Monitoring order tracking and fulfillment.
- Integrating natural language processing and AI for enhanced performance.
- Implementing expense tracking and budgeting functionalities.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Extensive experience with Pretture, Zoho, Zaika, Bodt, Shiprocket, Engati, and Tally.
- Proven expertise in data analytics and reporting, CRM, project management, inventory management, shipping and logistics, chatbot integration, and financial management.
- Strong capabilities in customizing dashboards and ensuring real-time data visualization.
- A successful track record in lead management, task management, and stock tracking.
- Proficiency in order tracking, fulfillment, and integrating NLP and AI.
- A background in implementing expense tracking and budgeting features.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
