Bot telegram development

Would you be able to create a bot where I can give credits to a person who enters through my affiliate link in a betting site? Or to someone who invites a certain number of people to join my free group, and then I provide credits to that person so they can join my private group? The bot would need to handle both cases: someone who entered through my affiliate link in the betting site and someone who invited new people to earn credit. Could the bot identify all of this and automatically grant the credit? Would it be able to detect that the person made a deposit at the betting site and automatically grant access to the VIP group? Or at least send me a notification when that person makes a deposit?
