Bot for Whatsapp using Google Sheet or dialogflow + CRM for Whatsapp

I need a bot for WhatsApp to work with google sheet or dialog flow to answer messages based on the questions and answers I feed it. I need it to be made simple so that I could add to it with questions and answers on a daily basis. I also need a CRM to work with WhatsApp so that when the caller calls, his number and notes pop up. with one click to edit or modify and add the contact to the database. perhaps with amoCRM unless you know of a better CRM
