Bot for WhatsApp automated messages

I am looking for a freelancer to create a bot for WhatsApp that will assist with marketing and promotions. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing WhatsApp bots and be familiar with the platform's automation capabilities.
Requirements:
- Develop a bot that can send automated messages on WhatsApp for marketing and promotional purposes.
- The bot should be able to send between 100-500 messages per day (including images).
- Integration with an existing system is not required.
